At SpecializedRx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your credit.
